Patient Portal Upgrade Gives PeaceHealth Patients Personal Experience
Eugene, OR - PeaceHealth has upgraded its state-of-the-art patient portal, allowing patients to see their own records and interact with their provider’s clinic remotely, 24/7.
PeaceHealth was one of the first health care systems in the country to offer a patient portal in the mid-1990s. More than 11,000 patients in Eugene/Springfield and Cottage Grove use the existing portal, called PatientConnection.
The new version of the software, made possible by a recent upgrade in PeaceHealth’s electronic health record system, will create an enhanced user-friendly experience, offering patients many popular features, such as:
In addition, online bill pay is expected to be available this summer. Like the previous portal, the new PatientConnection is free and available to existing PeaceHealth patients. It requires only a personal email address and access to an Internet-enabled device.
